Sibylle and Mark met through eHarmony in July 2006, and after exchanging hundreds of emails met in person at the Kansas City International Airport while Sibylle was waiting to pick up a friend. As luck would have it (for us) his flight was delayed several hours.
Since then we have exchanged thousands more emails, instant message chats, and phone calls. Along the way we have made several journeys, physical and otherwise. This site was started at the beginning of a two-week journey in September of 2007 to the East Coast and Europe.
We have since journeyed to Chicago (August 2008), and again to Europe - Switzerland, Germany and Italy - in September 2008.
