One of the things we were looking forward to with this house was having a deck, and a patio. I’ve spent much time on the deck already, usually sitting in the sheltered corner on one of the old green chairs I’ve had for a long long time. They are plastic and surprisingly comfortable.
Recently, we decided to buy a table and four chairs for the deck. Somehow it seemed fitting that the table we chose is the kind our local Panera has – we like to eat out on the patio there, too. The table seems just the right size for both the deck and the two of us, but will easily seat four. We’ve had lunch on the deck, and often sit just to enjoy the fresh air.
