So it appears our closing will not occur on Wednesday morning at 9 am as the appraiser has not yet submitted the compliance report; once that report is submitted the bank will need two days to complete the paperwork for our close.
Of course this has the potential to cascade into our moving plans. Hopefully the piano people and the household people have some flexibility in their schedules.
Having this last detail be bureaucratic and completely out of our control is very difficult to stomach.
